Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including building, repairing, and installing wooden structures and fixtures.

• Gutter cleaning, window cleaning and gardening duties

• Carry out general home maintenance, including installations of ability aids, handrails, and painting repairs.

• Conduct property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.

• Estimations and Quotes

• Handle minor renovations and home improvement projects.

• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring safety at all times.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their property maintenance needs.

• Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements:

• Qualified and proven experience as a handyman, or in a similar trade role.

• Ability to perform minor tasks across various trades, such as painting, plumbing, and tiling.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and move materials as required.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

• Tech Savvy - can quickly pick up systems and apps

• Valid driver’s license (essential).

• Police check

• Working with children's check

• White card

• Flu Shot (already vaccinated or be willing to be vaccinated) 

• Working at heights ticket (preferred, not essential)
