Marketing Coordinator l Full Time $80,000

We are now looking for a motivated Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our small, friendly team and make a real impact in growing the business.

About the Role:

• Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Coordinate and support promotions, product launches, and marketing events.
• Maintain and update website and social media accounts.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and report insights.
• Collaborate with team members to produce marketing materials (brochures, email campaigns, social media content).
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities.
• Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines.
• Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain inventory of marketing materials and assist with budgeting and invoice processing.

🎓 Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or social media role within a similar industry.
• Understanding of standard social media and SEO principles.
• Experience with WordPress website management.
• Proficiency with HIKE, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar programs is highly regarded.
• Strong professional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Above-average Excel skills and Office 365 experience, including Teams.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks.

💰 Benefits: Full Time
