Registered Nurse - Full-time (6months Fixed-Term) | BaptistCare Northaven, Kerang VIC | $44.56 - $45.26 per hour + NFP Benefits

THE ROLE

As a Registered Nurse at BaptistCare Northaven Community, you’ll provide safe, high-quality, person-centred clinical care while leading and supporting the care team around you. This is a role with real clinical responsibility and real human connection.

• Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care that keeps residents’ health, wellbeing, and dignity at the centre
• Lead and support care staff, ensuring practice is within scope and standards are upheld
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and colleagues
• Ensure safe and compliant medication management
• Contribute actively to continuous improvement and clinical governance
• Maintain your own professional development and currency within your scope of practice

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys mentoring others, working collaboratively, and providing exceptional care to older people.

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care or a similar clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Confident clinical leadership — you’re comfortable guiding a care team and holding the standard
• Strong communicator — clear, respectful, and consistent with residents, families, and staff
• Comfortable with basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Proof of working rights in Australia
