Sales Estimator

We’re looking for a Sales Estimator to join our Mackay team – someone ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic industry.

What you’ll do:

• Represent SQS as the face and voice of our company

• Manage customer accounts and respond to phone and email inquiries

• Prepare accurate quotes and follow up post-sale

• Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

• Knowledge of the steel industry (advantageous)

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (essential)

• Proven experience in sales or customer service

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
