Transport Administrator

The Role & Project

MACA Mining are seeking a Transport Administrator on a 5/2 Roster, Monday to Friday to join our Transport Team in Welshpool.

Key Functions:

• Raising POs and APWFs.
• Sourcing and obtaining transport pricing.
• Booking and coordinating transport.
• General transport administration and support.
• Using online transport booking systems.

To be successful in this role, you will require

• Current Driver Licence
• Strong Administration skills
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture through teamwork and dedication.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous transport coordination experience is required
• Experience with online booking systems
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
