We're a boutique Sydney-based SDR agency doing outbound the way it should be done: picking up the phone, running real conversations, and booking quality meetings for ambitious SaaS, fintech, and tech companies. 100% Australian team.
The role
You'll run outbound campaigns for a portfolio of our clients: Calling decision-makers, sending follow-ups across email and LinkedIn, and booking qualified meetings.
You'll own your clients as the day-to-day point of contact, learn how different industries buy, and get exposed to more pipeline strategy in a year than most SDRs see in three. Once you hit client targets, you'll also generate pipeline for Nousu itself, and share in the upside when those deals close.
Who we're looking for
Experience of 1 + year as an SDR is a must-have. Also good to have: You're curious and coachable. You want to get noticeably better every week.You've got a strong work ethic and don't mind doing the reps, even when it's repetitive.You're resilient. Rejection doesn't rattle you and your energy stays level.You communicate clearly and listen properly.You care about doing the work well, not just doing a lot of it.
