AI Automation & AI Workflow Systems Internship August Intake

About ExpertEase AIExpertEase AI is an Adelaide-based B2B AI SaaS platform building AI Digital Employees, AI Workforce across voice, chat, workflow automation, and business systems integration.This internship is focused on gaining real-world experience working with AI-powered workflow systems and Digital Employee creation platforms used in practical business operations.
Location: Adelaide CBD preferred, however remote can be considered for this internship.18–20 hours per week. 8 - 12 weeks intake.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a curious, technically minded intern who wants hands-on exposure to the future of AI automation, AI-powered workflow systems, voice AI, and AI-powered business operations.You will work alongside the team testing, building, evaluating, and supporting AI workflow systems and automation processes used in real business environments.
What You’ll Be Working On• AI-powered workflow systems• On-Prem, Air gapped AI systems - Open Weight LLM models• AI agent platforms - chat - voice• Workflow automation and integrations• AI platform testing and evaluation• CRM and operational workflow connectivity• AI-powered video editing and YouTube pipeline• Automation logic and system flows• Data handling and workflow operations
Preferred Skills / Background• Python based coding and technical automation exposure is beneficial• Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies• Familiarity and Strong interest in NVIDIA, CUDA and emerging CPU technologies • Familiarity or exposure to tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms• Understanding of APIs, Webhooks, and JSON basics• Understanding of B2B lead generation concepts is helpful• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SendGrid, Twilio, or outreach systems is a bonus• Awareness of email deliverability concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) is beneficial• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new systems independently
