We have got an exciting opportunity for Course Coordinator & Trainer and Assessor (Graduate Diploma of Management) to be part of our team at ECA College in our Melbourne office.

ECA College, as part of the Education Centre of Australia (ECA) Group, is a standalone VET Course Provider uniquely positioned to deliver high-quality education to both domestic and international students that want to carve a career in Australia. ECA College is a diverse educational group that supports students in three States (NSW, Victoria, and Queensland) throughout their academic journey across the broad spectrum of disciplines.
The core focus of ECA College is on education of students and their development to improve their technical skills and competencies in order to be on top of challenges of the dynamic employers in Australia. The combination of theory, competence assessments and hands-on internships (available only at Diploma and advance Diploma levels) prepares students to be the best they can be and workplace ready.
The College partners with both public and private sector organisations to provide an internship component to its Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses acting as a catalyst for the careers of students.

Key Responsibilities:
ECA College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Course Coordinator & Trainer and Assessor to deliver face-to-face training and assessment for the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) qualification at the Melbourne campus. The successful candidate will also undertake coordination responsibilities across assigned campuses to support student progression, trainer performance, academic quality, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This full-time position involves facilitating engaging and practical classes, conducting assessment and marking activities, and undertaking academic and administrative responsibilities during non-training hours. The role requires active on-campus participation and a strong understanding of competency-based training within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) framework.
