About the role

Cass Brothers - Bathroom, Kitchen and Plumbing Supplies is seeking a dedicated Driver/Warehouse Storeperson to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Petersham, NSW 2049. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for both warehouse operations and vehicle-based deliveries, playing a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive their bathroom, kitchen and plumbing supplies promptly and in excellent condition. You will be the backbone of our logistics operation, combining warehouse management expertise with reliable driving capabilities to maintain our reputation for outstanding service delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring products are organised and secured for transit

• Operating warehouse equipment to move, stack and store inventory in designated areas

• Driving delivery vehicles to customer locations, following all traffic laws and safety regulations

• Collecting customer signatures where required, and maintaining accurate delivery records

• Receiving and processing inbound shipments, checking goods against documentation for accuracy

• Maintaining warehouse organisation and cleanliness and proper labelling of items

• Assisting with inventory management tasks as required

• Providing excellent customer service during delivery interactions, representing Cass Brothers professionally

• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies at all times

What we're looking for

• Current and valid driving licence

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, stock management or a similar logistics role

• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently to meet delivery schedules

• Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to health and safety standards

• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
