About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will complete structural and non-structural repairs to a high standard, ensuring all work aligns with insurer requirements and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing vehicle damage and determining repair requirements

• Removing and refitting panels and components

• Completing repairs to industry-standard finish quality

• Meeting efficiency and safety KPIs

• Working collaboratively within a team environment

About You

To be successful, you will have:

Panel Beaters:

• Trade qualifications in Vehicle Body Repair

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Panel Beater

Assemblers:

• Previous experience as an automotive assembler.

You’ll also be:

• Reliable and consistent in your work

• Committed to quality workmanship

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced workshop

• Motivated to grow your skills, including I-CAR® aligned training pathways
