Diploma/Cert 3 Childcare Room Leader

Nurtured Beginnings Condell Park is an owner operated and purpose built 68 place centre on the outskirts of Bankstown. Our philosophy is inspired by theorists such as Friedrich Froebel, Emi Pikler, Loris Malguzzi- Reggio Emilia and John Bowlby - Circle of Security. We have a strong emphasis on supporting staff, families and children and are looking for a vibrant and inspired individuals to be a part of a beatiful centre and pave the way in the Early Childhood Industry. We are seeking a passionate Cert 3 or Diploma Room Leader for Preschool Room to join our team!

Child Care Educator or Diploma Room Leader

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a current recognised qualification – Required: Diploma or Cert 3
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
• Experience with implementing programs and completing observations.
• Current approved Child Protection Qualification
• Minimum 3 years room leader experience

Required for all roles:

• A genuine love for the industry and desire to do what best for children in your care
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid Certificate (ACECQA approved)
• Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate (ACECQA approved)
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• An energetic, positive attitude and the drive for continual growth
