About the role:

Take on a key role within a respected practice, advising beneficiaries, executors and trustees across a broad range of complex private matters, such as:

• Estate planning and succession planning.
• High-value probate and estate administration matters.
• Estate litigation and contested estates.
• Family provision claims.

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Associate level property lawyer with strong experience across complex estate planning, administration and/or estate disputes.
• Strong technical ability with a commercial and client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
