We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Dentist with experience at our friendly, well-established and supportive practice, NDC Toowoomba. Convenient accommodation can be provided for the right candidate as we have a lovely, unique adjoining apartment.

We are a large, 5 chair dental practice with full QIP accreditation and state-of-the-art equipment and technology including an OPG and CBCT machine. Our thriving practice has a well-established patient base and is run by an amazingly supportive and hardworking team.

About The Role

As Lead Dentist, you’ll play a key role in both clinical delivery and team leadership, working closely with the Practice Manager to drive performance, culture, and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and support a team of dentists and cliniciansDeliver high-quality general, restorative and cosmetic dentistryOversee clinical standards, protocols and continuous improvementDrive a positive, collaborative and high-performance team cultureContribute to patient experience and practice growth

Skills & Experience

You have:

Minimum 7+ years experience working as a Dentist in Australia, with high clinical skills and standardsPrevious Leadership and Mentoring Experience DesirableCurrent unconditional AHPRA registrationAn appropriate qualification recognised by the Dental Board of AustraliaCurrent professional indemnity insuranceYou are:A great communicator who’s adept at motivating and inspiring othersA natural at building and maintaining trusting relationships with patientsHighly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentationConfident across a wide scope of general dental procedures
