Financial Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to support our finance team. The role involves assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, and preparing basic reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and payments accurately

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable

• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Prepare simple financial reports and reconciliations

• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and organizational skills
