Concierge

About the role

Be the "face of the hotel" - engaging and inspiring guests through each guest interaction from arrival to departure. As a Concierge, you will be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, reinforcing our commitment to wellness inside our walls and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest enquiries for special arrangements or services including but not limited to transportation, reservations and dry cleaning

• Assist the Concierge team in general operational tasks whilst supporting other front office associates

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings

• Plan and execute team building activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing

• Ensure all guest's requirements and requests are anticipated and completed in a timely manner

• Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the department

• Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required tasks in a prompt & thorough manner

About you

• A current driver's license

• Relevant experience in a similar role

• Working rights in Australia

• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment

• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
