What You’ll Do

• Deliver a broad range of tours independently and in collaboration with staff, in accordance with established activity guidelines. Tours may include, but are not limited to, school excursions, guided tours and experiences.

• Welcome and engage with visitors, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable experience.

• Deliver tours to a range of audiences, including school groups, families, interstate visitors and international tourists.

• Adapt tour delivery to suit different ages, group sizes and visitor needs.

• Assist with preparing for and coordinating tours to ensure they run smoothly and professionally.

• Work collaboratively with the team to provide high quality visitor experiences.

• Support the day to day operations of the tourism experience when required.
