Personal Assistant - Real Estate

Working directly alongside one of our top Sales Executives, this role is perfect for a multi-talented individual looking to build a rewarding career in the real estate industry.

The Role & Schedule

• Part-Time, 3 days per week, 16.5 hours per week

• Immediate start available, but start date is flexible for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will be diverse and fast-paced, supporting our Sales Executive across a wide range of duties:

• Assist with daily operations, data entry, document preparation, and handling sensitive/confidential matters

• Connect directly with sellers, buyers, tenants, settlement agents, and tradespeople

• Coordinate appointments, manage calendars, and deliver documentation when required

• Draft engaging property descriptions and create ad-hoc marketing materials

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of Real Estate experience required

• High level of computer literacy with strong data entry and numeracy skills

• Bubbly, confident, and articulate with a professional phone manner and strong written communication

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced setting

• A proactive "can-do" mindset, mature-minded, accountable, and eager to learn

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle
