Johnson’s Trucks has proudly served the region for over 40 years, and we’re looking for our next Parts Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This isn’t a role where you’ll sit behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, enjoys building relationships, and isn’t afraid to get out and meet customers face-to-face.

Truck industry experience is not essential. We’ll teach you the products. What we can’t teach is enthusiasm, work ethic, and a genuine desire to help customers while growing sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Parts Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for growing our parts business and building strong relationships with customers throughout the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Actively selling truck and trailer parts to new and existing customers
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Visiting customers and understanding their businesses and requirements
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share
• Following up quotes and sales opportunities
• Working closely with our parts and service teams
• Assisting customers with parts enquiries and solutions
• Developing new business opportunities throughout the region
• Achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
• Representing Johnson’s Trucks professionally within the industry
