The Rugby World Cup Australia (RWCA) is proud to deliver one of the world’s most iconic sporting events — the Rugby World Cup 2027 (Men’s). More than a tournament, it’s a celebration of Rugby’s spirit, Australia’s culture, and the power of sport to unite and inspire communities around the world.
Rugby World Cup Australia has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Venue Image & Look Manager to play a key role in shaping the visual identity and fan experience of Rugby World Cup 2027. Reporting to the Senior Image & Look Manager and based in Sydney or Brisbane, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of venue branding, dressing, wayfinding and signage programs across a portfolio of competition and non-competition sites, helping create memorable experiences for fans, teams, broadcasters, commercial partners and the global rugby community.
Working at the heart of Tournament Operations, you will collaborate with venue operators, suppliers, functional areas and key stakeholders to ensure every tournament environment reflects the world-class standards of Rugby World Cup 2027. From stadiums and training venues to hotels, airports and key tournament facilities, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Image & Look projects, from planning and design review through operational readiness, delivery and installation. This hands-on role requires a highly organised and proactive professional who can confidently manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate supplier deliverables, oversee project timelines and risks, and ensure consistent presentation standards across all assigned venues in a fast-paced major event environment.
