As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll combine exceptional customer care with problem-solving and technical product knowledge, supporting customers with product faults, repairs and servicing.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting customers via phone and email with product, repair and servicing enquiries.
• Troubleshooting product concerns and gathering the right information to identify potential faults.
• Coordinating repairs, technical assessments and servicing through to resolution.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process and clearly explaining outcomes.
• Delivering a high-quality customer experience from initial enquiry through to resolution.

• Previous customer service, call centre, contact centre or order processing experience.
• Experience within medical devices, electronics, technology, appliances, telecommunications or another technical product environment would be highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and simply.
