Welshpool and South Perth Locations
$70,000 - $80,000 + Super (Pending Experience)

We are currently seeking multiple Administrators to join our clients that specialise in the construction industry in either South Perth or Welshpool (take your pick!). These roles offer the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key part in supporting daily operations through customer service, coordination and administration.
 
What will these positions entail?

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
• Manage incoming enquiries and provide professional customer service to clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and process documentation including quotes, purchase orders, invoices, reports and general correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination and tracking of business activities.
• Maintain service registers, compliance records and other business documentation.
• Provide administrative support for timesheets, leave records, inductions, uniforms and company vehicle servicing.
• Perform other administrative duties as required to support the wider team.

How can I be successful?

• Previous office administration experience (ideally within the construction industry, however, this is not essential).
• Valid drivers licence and reliable transport to and from work.
• Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test prior to commencement.
• Full Australian working rights and available to work full-time hours long-term.
