The Family
The Nanny Connection is currently recruiting on behalf of a fun, energetic, and adventurous family in Mosman Park seeking an experienced Home Manager/Nanny to support their busy household and care for their three children, aged 6, 5, and 3 years.
This warm and outgoing family enjoys staying active, spending quality time together, and creating meaningful experiences with their children. They are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide nurturing care while also assisting with the day-to-day management of the household. The family places great importance on building genuine connections with their children and would love to find someone who shares this value.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
Flexibility: The family can be flexible for the right candidate and may consider Friday in place of one weekday.
Start Date: July 2026
Commitment: Long-term contract position
Remuneration: Attractive salary based on experience and qualifications

The Role
This dual Home Manager/Nanny position combines high-quality childcare with household support to ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities will include school and daycare drop-offs and pick-ups, preparing healthy family meals, managing children's laundry, running errands, maintaining organisation throughout the home, and supporting the family's daily routines. The successful candidate will also provide engaging care for the children, support their development, and create a positive, nurturing environment where they feel safe, valued, and encouraged to thrive.

The Ideal Nanny
The family is seeking an organised, proactive, and dependable professional who genuinely loves working with children and values building strong, lasting bonds with them.
The ideal candidate will be confident managing both childcare and household responsibilities, able to take initiative, and enjoy being an integral part of a busy family environment. They will bring warmth, energy, and a positive attitude to the role while maintaining excellent organisation and communication skills.

Qualifications & Requirements
The successful applicant will possess:
• A minimum of three years' experience working with children
• Previous nannying, childcare, or home management experience
• A current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• A current National Police Check
• A valid driver's licence and confident driving ability
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach
• Excellent communication skills
• A genuine commitment to a long-term position
