In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work under the limited direction of the SYMHO Team Manager to provide assertive engagement, comprehensive assessment, therapeutic intervention, and clinical management for young people at high risk of developing serious and enduring mental illness. Working within a recovery-focused framework, you will support young people and their families through evidence-based interventions that promote wellbeing, resilience, and positive recovery outcomes.
