About the Role

SSP Australia is seeking energetic and multi-skilled Baristas & Bartenders to join our teams across multiple venues at Sydney Airport T3.

This is a great opportunity to work across exciting brands, delivering high-quality coffee, bar service, and food & beverage experiences in a fast-paced airport environment.

This role is initially being offered on a casual basis, with potential full-time and part-time opportunities available for suitable candidates.

We’re looking for team members who are passionate about hospitality, thrive under pressure, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. You’ll play an important role in maintaining service standards across our venues. This position is offered on a casual basis, with potential for permanent part-time or full-time opportunities for suitable candidates.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Bartender: Minimum 1 year of experience in fast-paced or premium venues, with cocktail knowledge and strong customer service skills.

• Barista: Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume café or restaurant, with strong coffee knowledge and a passion for quality.

• All roles:

  • Previous café, restaurant, or bar experience is highly regarded.

  • Friendly, professional, and proactive approach to customer service.

  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings and weekends.

  • Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Energetic personality and a can-do attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
