Manager, Domestic Admissions

• Based at our Geelong, Waurn Ponds Campus or Melbourne, Burwood Campus
• Full time and fixed term until 31 December 2026
• HEW 9 $143,627 - $152,229 + 17% Superannuation

About the Role

This role is responsible for managing student admissions and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) functions, ensuring accurate, compliant, and student-centred outcomes. The role provides strategic policy advice to senior leaders and drives the continuous improvement of admissions and RPL processes to support the University's strategic objectives.

As a Manager, Domestic Admissions you will:

• Lead and coordinate admissions and RPL operations, managing resources and team performance to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice and translate complex issues into clear priorities, actions, and solutions.
• Analyse data and trends to inform decision-making and drive service improvements.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams to achieve organisational objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and initiatives that support University priorities.                                                                                                                        

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training
• Experience leading functions, programs or significant bodies of work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and inform decision-making
• Experience managing resources and delivering outcomes in complex environments
