Metcash Food Service and Convenience business includes a banner of brands that specialise in the supply to wholesale, convenience, foodservice and QSR customers across Australia. Some of these brands include Campbells, Superior Food Services, Independent Grocers (NT), Mooloolah River Fisheries, Sealanes, Southern Cross Marines and Global Meats. This position is ideal for someone looking to further develop their project management, business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills while working across a range of strategic projects and transformation initiatives.

In this Role

• Collect, analyse and interpret project data to provide actionable insights
• Support project planning, tracking, reporting and delivery activities
• Assist with defining and monitoring project KPIs and milestones
• Identify project documentation, governance and compliance requirements
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams and vendors
• Prepare reporting packs, dashboards and performance updates
• Support testing, implementation and continuous improvement activities

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a Project Analyst, Project Support, PMO or Business Analyst role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such a Power BI
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies including and Agil and Waterfall
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline
• Experience supporting project documentation, testing and reporting activities
