The Avenue Family Medical Clinic is an established family practice in Cranbourne North, in the heart of the City of Casey — one of Australia's fastest-growing corridors. Patient demand consistently exceeds our capacity, and we're inviting a VR GP to join us full-time or part-time.

The package

• 75% of billings

• Guaranteed minimum of $230/hour for your first 13 weeks — you take no income risk while your book settles

• Realistic full-time earnings of $400,000–$600,000, based on our current doctors' actual billings

• Fully bulk-billing model with earnings lifted by the expanded bulk billing incentives

• Full book from week one — no cold start

• Choose your own sessions — full-time, part-time or school hours; weekends optional

• Immediate start available; notice periods accommodated

The support around you

• Experienced practice nurses, including care plan/CDM support to maximise your item numbers

• Onsite pathology (4Cyte Pathology) and onsite allied health: physiotherapy, dietitian, diabetes educator, psychologist

• Full admin team and HotDoc online bookings, running on Best Practice software

• Procedural work encouraged: skin checks and excisions, iron infusions, Implanon / IUD insertions

The role

Primarily based at The Avenue (Cranbourne North), with optional sessions at our sister clinic nearby as it opens — your choice.

About you

• FRACGP or FACRRM with current AHPRA specialist (GP) registration

• Eligible for a Medicare provider number at this location
