Position Overview

Webb Auto Sales is seeking a Marketing Specialist (ANZSCO 225113) to identify market opportunities and support the promotion and pricing strategies of the dealership’s used vehicle sales. The role involves analysing market trends and customer demand, and assisting in the development, coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote the company’s vehicles and services and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop and implement marketing strategies and advertising campaigns to promote the dealership’s vehicles and services and support overall sales objectives.

·         Provide strategic advice to management regarding effective marketing initiatives, promotional activities and customer engagement strategies to strengthen market presence.

·         Coordinate the development and execution of advertising campaigns, including preparation of promotional materials, digital content and media placements within allocated budgets and timelines.

·         Conduct market research and analyse customer demand, purchasing behaviour and competitor activity within the used vehicle industry.

·         Identify market opportunities and provide recommendations to support business growth and expansion of the dealership’s customer base.

·         Advise management on marketing strategies including product positioning, pricing strategies, advertising channels and promotional offers.

·         Create, schedule and manage marketing content across digital platforms including the company website, online advertising platforms, search marketing channels and social media platforms.

·         Evaluate marketing and sales data to assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and promotional initiatives.

·         Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and advertising activities and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for management.

·         Analyse digital marketing data from advertising platforms and online channels to improve campaign performance.

·         Recommend improvements to digital marketing strategies and website content to enhance search visibility and customer engagement.

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing or a closely related discipline, with relevant professional marketing experience.

• Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy development and campaign management

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media management

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to analyse marketing data and implement improvements to campaigns

Salary: AUD 80,000 - AUD 90,000 Annually plus Superannuation

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: 76 Division street, Welshpool, WA (On-site role)
