Senior SAP Project Manager

Our OpportunityLocated in Melbourne, we are seeking an experienced SAP Senior Project Manager to lead, configure, deploy and support our customers with their HRIS transformations. The ideal candidate will possess strong implementation expertise for delivery of the solution to meet the needs of the business in their transformation journey.

What we are looking for:Responsible for managing a portfolio of SAP projects, ensuing successful project implementation from planning to delivery.Proven experience as the project manager for the implementation of multiple SAP medium to large scale projects spanning SAP ERP and SAP SuccessFactors and across multiple industries.Strong financial tracking and cost control capability. Deliver clear and concise financial reporting to leadership for a portfolio of projects including but not limited to budget, actuals, costs, and margins.Presentation of detailed analytics and reporting to all stakeholders including internal Executive Team. This includes and is not limited to clear status reporting, risks/issues with mitigations identified demonstrating forward thinking.Strong background in the establishment and application of governance, risk management, and structured delivery frameworks.Coordinate internal teams/resources, and vendor partners (as required).Ensure strong quality of deliverables.Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills (both verbal and written skills).Provide mentoring of team members, including project managers, to support them in the successful delivery of customer solutions.Legal rights to work in Australia.

To be a successful candidate you must:
A tertiary qualification in a relevant fieldHave over 8 years hands-on project management experience responsible for the delivery of SAP ERP, SAP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including at least 5 years leading large scale SAP implementations.Knowledge across the SAP landscape, including the SAP roadmap

Experience in the delivery of QualtricsProject Manager - SAP Activate for Agile Implementation Management Certification
