Rogers Construction Group (RCG) is a privately owned Sydney-based commercial construction company delivering projects across NSW, with offices in Newcastle and Wollongong, and recently expanded into Melbourne.

We specialise in Education, Aged Care & Retirement Living, Social and Government Housing, Government, Industrial, Corporate and Retail projects up to $20m. Our business is experiencing significant, controlled growth, built on strong client relationships and a reputation for delivering quality outcomes.

Due to growth and a strong pipeline, we are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our young and vibrant project delivery team. This role will suit a hands-on leader who thrives managing complex commercial construction projects from inception through to completion.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects, valued from $3m to $20m, delivered on time and within budget. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout each project, leading site teams and driving strong commercial and safety outcomes.

As a Senior Project Manager at RCG, your responsibilities will include:

•      Managing commercial construction projects from inception through to completion, delivered on time and within budget

•      Managing client and subcontractor relationships throughout the project lifecycle

•      Preparing and presenting job progress reports

•      Managing contract claims and variations

•      Ensuring safety adherence to meet corporate and legislative compliance

•      Delivering new build and refurbishment projects valued from $3m to $20m, across design & construction delivery

•      Administering contracts under AS4000 and AS4902, with GC21 experience highly regarded

What We're Looking For

Key requirements:

•      A minimum of 8 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

•      Experience across multi-disciplinary commercial construction projects in the Sydney market

•      Design & Construction delivery experience essential

•      Strong contract knowledge of AS4000 and AS4902; GC21 experience preferred

•      High level of written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

•      Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

•      Experience with Procore, Hammertech and Procure Pro preferred

•      Intermediate to advanced MS Project skills essential

•      Proficient in the MS Office suite

•      Relevant tertiary qualifications highly valued but not essential
