Estimator/Supervisor

As an estimator/supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing multiple insurance repair projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting site inspections, assessments, reporting, and preparing quotations. Travelling throughout the Perth metro area and, on occasion, regional WA.

• Managing residential and commercial insurance building repairs from commencement through to completion. Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and materials.

• Maintaining regular communication with insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, strata managers, and customers.

• Managing project budgets, timelines, and quality outcomes.

• Identifying and resolving project issues before they impact service delivery.

• Providing timely project updates in accordance with client SLAs.

• Monitoring contractor performance and maintaining a reliable trade network.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, WHS requirements, and Quality Management Systems.

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in managing insurance claims (BAU & Major Loss) (preferred but not essential).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for decision-making under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

• Understanding of insurance policies and procedures, particularly for complex claims (preferred but not essential).

• Established and growing WA-owned business
