Position: Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Digiscale. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with our clients, as well as our internal team of developers, designers, and engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against them

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met

- Conduct regular project meetings and provide project status reports to stakeholders

- Manage project resources, including internal team members and external contractors

- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

- Continuously look for ways to improve project processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus

- PMP or other project management certification is a plus

Location:

This is a full-time position located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The successful candidate must be willing to work on-site at our office in Melbourne.

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be offered a contract with a probation period of 3 months, after which the contract will be extended based on performance.
