The Dining Room at Lindenderry Red Hill is a celebrated culinary destination, known for showcasing the best of the Mornington Peninsula’s local produce and wines. Set among 34 acres of breathtaking gardens and vineyards, our boutique hotel offers a refined European-inspired experience with a uniquely Australian spirit.

We are now seeking full-time/part-time/casual Food & Beverage Supervisor's to help lead service across our renowned hatted restaurant ‘The Dining Room’ and support across our several other food and beverage outlets. About The Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and memorable service across our entire food and beverage department including The Dining Room, Cellar Door and Weddings & Events. Responsibilities include:

Primarily focusing on ‘The Dining Room’ our hatted restaurant working closely with the Restaurant Manager, delivering warm, professional and authentic hospitalityPreparing venues for service and working closely with the Restaurant ManagerAssisting in the leadership and development of a vibrant front-of-house teamSupporting all aspects of daily food and beverage operations across all outlets including Weddings and Events, Conference Servicing and Cellar Door.

About You

You are an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for quality, detail, and leadership. You will also bring:

Previous experience in luxury hotels or premium dining venuesStrong attention to detail and knowledge in fine dining advantageousExcellent communication and guest engagement skillsA proactive, positive attitude and team-oriented mindsetA valid RSA certificateFlexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays as requiredWSET accreditation or desirable knowledge in wines preferable but not required
