About the Role

Support the Nurse Unit Manager to lead a high-performing nursing team and deliver safe, consistent care in a complex health setting.

• Lead care and support team practice
• Coordinate staffing, rosters and leave
• Drive practice change and quality
• Support performance, resources and supplies

About You

We’re looking for a confident registered nurse who brings sound clinical practice, strong communication and a collaborative approach to team leadership.

• Hold current nursing registration with the NMBA
• Bring acute and chronic nursing practice experience
• Demonstrate staff supervision and clinical support skills
• Apply sound judgement, problem solving and conflict skills
• Understand nursing standards, legislation and quality systems
