About the RoleAs the Facilities & Assets Administrator, you'll provide administrative and operational support to the Facilities & Assets team, helping to ensure Ruah's portfolio of more than 20 metropolitan and regional sites are safe, compliant and well maintained. You'll coordinate maintenance requests, support contractor and compliance administration, maintain accurate asset and facilities records, process work orders and invoices, and assist with reporting and systems management. Working closely with the Facilities & Asset Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and internal stakeholders, you'll play an integral role in delivering efficient facilities services that support our frontline teams across the organisation.
This is a permanent part-time position (0.6 FTE), working 22.8 hours per week. We offer flexibility across the working week and are open to discussing alternative work patterns, including splitting the hours across additional days, to support work-life balance.
