We’re a family-run business, deeply rooted in values that span generations. As we expand, we’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join us on this exciting journey and play a pivotal role in the future of Rombola Family Farms team. This is a hybrid role.

About the role:

What you’ll own

• National outbound logistics — real-time visibility across every farm site and warehouse
• Direct resolution of delivery/quality issues with major retail customers
• Carrier relationship and freight tender leadership (including rate negotiation and contract management)
• Pallet/pooled equipment oversight and reconciliation
• Weekly performance reporting into the Head of Sales ahead of peak harvest

Who you are:

• You’ve worked in perishable, fresh produce, or temp-controlled logistics and understand that a delay isn’t just late — it’s degrading
• You’re comfortable calling a Coles or Aldi contact directly and owning the outcome
• You’ve led a freight tender or managed carrier contracts above $100K
• Bonus: you’ve managed CHEP/Loscam-style pooled equipment reconciliation
