The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Factory Hand to join our team in NSW. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning kitchen grease filters, as well as washing, organising, repairing, and maintaining filter stock in the warehouse, while also assisting our service technicians in the field to support the delivery of excellent service to our customers.

This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes initiative, and works well as part of a team.

About You

You’re a hard worker who shows up on time, gets the job done, and works safely. You’re comfortable in a warehouse environment, don’t mind physical work, and take pride in doing things properly. You get along well with others and are happy to help where needed.

What You’ll Need

• Current driver’s licence (minimum P2 with a good driving history)
• Police Check (or willing to obtain one before starting)
• Physically fit and able to work in a hot warehouse, lifting up to 20kg
• Strong focus on safety
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Experience using parts washers (bonus, not essential)
• Available for an immediate start
