Dental Assistant / Receptionist – Peninsula Gateway Dental (Frankston Vic)

We are seeking a motivated and reliable team member who can provide chairside assistance as well as professional reception support.

• Position:

• Full time / Part-time

• Hours: 8-5 Mon-Thursday and 8-4 Fridays

• Some early starts and late nights might be needed.

About the Role:

• Assisting dentists and clinicians chairside with all aspects of dental procedures

• Maintaining infection control and sterilization protocols

• Preparing surgeries and equipment for daily operations

• Greeting patients and managing appointments

• Answering calls and providing exceptional front desk service

• Processing payments and health fund claims (HICAPS/EFTPOS)

• Supporting the wider team with daily duties

About You:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Receptionist (desirable)

• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting

• Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Great with computers and technology (desirable)

• Worked with Principal dental software previously (desirable)

• A caring, happy, professional and team-focused attitude
