Seeking Fencing Labourers, Plant Operators

About the role

Origin Fencing Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and motivated Fencing Labourers and Plant Operators  to join our growing team in Brisbane, QLD. As a full-time  employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fencing installations on major construction projects, across Southeast Qld, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard.
 

Plant Operator Key Responsibilities

• Assisting skilled tradespeople with a variety of fencing tasks, including post hole auguring, bucketing concrete, trenching.

• Loading and unloading materials and Plant.

• Operating and maintaining various plant in a safe and responsible manner.

• Adhering to all relevant health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Plant Operator Requirements

• Preferred 1 years’ experience as a Plant Operator on Fencing projects or in a similar role within the Construction industry

• Knowledge in various types of plant, attachments and trucks would be advantageous

• HR Driver’s License and Own car (must have)

• Construction card (Must have)

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks where required.

• Be able to pass stringent site testing including but not limited to random drug and alcohol testing (Must have)

Labourer Key Responsibilities

• Assisting skilled tradespeople with a variety of fencing construction tasks, including site preparation, fencing installations, and general labourer duties

• Operating and maintaining various power tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner

• Adhering to all relevant health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

·         Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout the duration of the project

Labourer Requirements

• Preferred 1 years’ experience as a Fencing Labourer or in a similar role within the Construction industry

• Knowledge in various types of steel, chainwire and timber fencing, would be advantageous

• Driver’s License and Own car (must have)

• Construction card (Must have)

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks for extended periods

• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety protocols

• Be able to pass stringent site testing including but not limited to random drug and alcohol testing (Must have)
