Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) to join our ANZ Partner Solutions Architecture team. In this role, you will be a strategic member of the team, working directly with our most strategic consulting and technology partners to accelerate customer outcomes across Australia and New Zealand.

As a Sr. Partner Solutions Architect, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to partners and their customers, helping them solve complex business challenges by designing scalable, secure, and resilient solutions on AWS. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills to influence architectural decisions, shape partners' technical strategies, and drive broad adoption of AWS services. You will bring visible and measurable impact to partner growth ambitions, helping them dream and deliver beyond what they think is possible.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical skill in enterprise architecture, software development, cloud, data and AI, along with demonstrated customer-facing skills at all levels of a partner organisation. You will think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, and act as an influencer whom partners and customers are eager to engage with.

Own the technical relationship with our most strategic partners in ANZ, acting as their trusted advisor on cloud and AI adoption, architecture, and technical strategy. Drive technical solution discussions, diving deep to create scalable, resilient cloud architectures aligned with partners' and customers' long-term business needs. Design and deliver enablement programs: workshops, reference architectures, and best-practice guides, that uplift partner technical capability at scale. Contribute thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, event presentations, and workshops that help partners and customers innovate. Collaborate cross-functionally with Account SAs, Sales, TAMs, Business Development, and AWS service teams to accelerate customer adoption of partner solutions. Act as a technical liaison between partners and AWS product teams, channelling feedback to shape the product roadmap. Build deep relationships with senior technical leaders within partner organisations and evangelise their value propositions internally and externally.

The ANZ Partner Solutions Architecture team builds the most technically capable partner community in Australia and New Zealand.

We work with AWS's most strategic consulting and technology partners, helping them grow their practices and jointly solve customers' biggest challenges.

We stay at the forefront of AWS services, translating expertise into workshops, reference architectures, and scalable mechanisms.

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience 7+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with consulting and/or technology (ISV) partners through solution alignment, enablement, or technical presales engagements Working experience with emerging technologies such as generative AI, agentic AI and solutions, or modern application architectures Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT leaders, and lines of business across organisations
