Cadence & Co is a design-led residential builder delivering high-end, architecturally designed homes across Sydney and the Southern Highlands. We’re known for our attention to detail, strong client relationships, and a genuinely collaborative way of working across our Construction, Estimating and Design teams.

As our Southern Highlands project portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of project management experience, or an experienced Contracts Administrator looking to transition into a more project management-focused role.

The Role

Based in Bowral, you’ll support an experienced Project Manager in the delivery of residential construction projects while working closely alongside a dedicated Contracts Administrator.

You’ll be involved in project planning, procurement, programming, documentation, stakeholder management and project delivery, gaining valuable exposure across the full project lifecycle. This role offers a genuine development pathway and increasing responsibility as your experience grows.

We’re targeting a commencement date in late October or early November 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Support an experienced Project Manager across multiple residential projects
• Assist with project programming, budgeting and project delivery
• Work closely with the Contracts Administrator to coordinate procurement, trade engagement and project administration
• Coordinate RFIs, consultant information, project documentation and reporting
• Build strong relationships with clients, trades, consultants and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and help drive project outcomes from pre-construction through to completion
• Assist in identifying and resolving project risks and challenges

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Coordinator or similar role
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes and documentation
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused and highly organised
• Keen to further develop your career in project management
• High-end residential experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
