Shapes Early Learning Bahrs Scrub is a BRAND NEW state-of-the-art Early Learning Centre, where we are dedicated to nurturing children’s growth in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.

We’re looking for qualified Diploma and Cert 3 Educators to be apart of our team,  available 5 days per week between the hours of 6.00am and 6.00pm. If you’re ready to inspire little minds and make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As an Educator at Shapes Early Learning, you will:

• Implement educational programs that foster children’s growth and development.

• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

• Guide and mentor educators, promoting high-quality care and a collaborative environment.

• Ensure the highest standards in safety, hygiene, and learning engagement.

• Collaborate with our experienced leadership team to create a welcoming, inspiring space for all.

 What We’re Looking For

• A Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).

• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

• Advanced Child Safety Training certificate

• Excellent communication skills.

• Dedication to creating a safe, nurturing, inclusive environment for children.

• Valid Working with children check.

• Participate in a comprehensive suitability assessment, including behavioural and child safety focused interview questions.

• Hold a valid Blue Card before commencing employment.

• Complete the ACECQA Prohibition Notice Declaration (where applicable).

• Complete referee checks, including verification of suitability to work with children.

• Participate in a comprehensive induction program covering Child Protection, Mandatory Reporting, the Child Safe Standards, Reportable Conduct, supervision practices and our Child Safe Code of Conduct.

• Comply with all Shapes Early Learning Child Safe policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
