Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex software projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple software implementation projects simultaneously.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management
• Proven experience in managing software implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
