Customer Service Manager - Rockhampton

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our team in Rockhampton and Western Central QLD and complete Quality Control on specific sites, working from our local office in Rockhampton. 

Reporting to: Regional Manager Central Queensland - Based in Rockhampton

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Training Cleaning Staff General and Periodic

• Quality Controls of staff on major client sites

• Planning and overseeing service levels

• Budget and P/L reporting

• Identifying and assisting in new business opportunities

• Client liaison

• Contract management

• Reporting

• Health and Safety

• Staff management & training

Previous experience in contract cleaning and or facility maintenance is looked upon favorably, however we welcome applicants who also feel they meet and can demonstrate the following criteria: 

• Experience in contract management

• Strong customer service focus

• Good organisational skills

• Can motivate, lead, and train staff

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Good understanding of health and safety requirements

• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

• Strong attention to detail

• Proven background in a similar role

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Friendly disposition and proactive, can-do attitude.

This position comes with a Tool of Trade - company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop.

Some travel is required. (Rockhampton Region, Mackay and Emerald monthly)

The successful applicant will need to be:

• Australian Citizen - Mandatory

• Willing to provide a clear current police check

• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination

• Working with children Blue Card,

• Construction White Card

• Obtain and maintain and Defence Clearance Access Card.
