POSITION AVAILABLE:

Senior / Associate Structural Engineer

• 8+ years consultancy experience in Australia

• $140 - 180k + Super

• Experience in a major Australian city required

• Solid technical skills; FEA analysis, design review, project verification

• Extensive project management skills, from early concept stage

• Oversee delivery, DD and QA of design by others

• Client account management, maintain relationships

• Business development capabilities, networking and events  

• Inspiring leader, ability to mentor&empower others

• Citizenship, CPEng required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:

• Demonstrated portfolio large commercial buildings

• Exceptional technical design and management skills

• Documentation, project management, design review skills

• Team management and mentoring experience

• Excellent project delivery skills

• Financial management, P&L, bid&tender, forecasting, resourcing 

• Experience building&maintaining client relationships

• Excellent communication skills, a desire to learn and work as a team
