We're looking for an experienced Injury Management Advisor to join our supportive team and play a key role in helping our people recover safely and successfully following workplace injury or illness.

This is an opportunity to influence positive recovery outcomes, partner with leaders across the business, and contribute to a strong safety and wellbeing culture within a purpose-driven organisation.

You will manage a portfolio of workers compensation and early intervention cases, providing end-to-end support and ensuring best practice injury management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing workers compensation and early intervention cases from notification through to recovery and return to work.
• Developing and coordinating recovery at work plans for both physical and psychological injuries.
• Partnering with managers, employees, insurers, rehabilitation providers, and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
• Providing coaching, guidance, and education on injury management and return-to-work processes.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant workers compensation legislation and internal policies.
• Maintaining accurate case documentation, reporting, and claims records.
• Promoting early intervention strategies and supporting injury prevention initiatives.
• Assisting with wage reimbursements, claims management activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

We're seeking a proactive and empathetic professional who can support employees through their recovery journey.

You will have:

• RTW Coordinator Certification.
• Experience in injury management, workers compensation, rehabilitation, insurance, allied health, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation legislation, with ACT exposure highly regarded.
• Experience managing complex claims and return-to-work programs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
• A genuine passion for supporting people and contributing to positive workplace outcomes.
