NEW START AUSTRALIA PTY LTD The Management Consultant will work with senior management and relevant operational teams to review New Start Australia’s existing systems, structures, workflows and business procedures.

The role will identify organisational shortcomings, develop strategies and recommendations to improve efficiency and resource utilisation, and assist with the implementation and review of approved business improvements across the company’s service divisions. Benefits Task & responsibilities Assist senior management in developing organisational objectives, strategies and operational plans aimed at improving client satisfaction and the efficient use of New Start Australia’s resources across its service divisions.

Consult with management and relevant business stakeholders to identify organisational shortcomings, operational constraints and areas requiring improvement. Analyse and evaluate existing organisational systems, business structures and operational arrangements across New Start Australia’s national operations.

Consult with employees and managers and review business practices at different levels of the organisation to understand how existing systems and procedures operate in practice. Develop and recommend solutions to improve organisational efficiency, coordination and resource utilisation across the company’s diverse service operations. Undertake and review work studies by analysing existing and proposed business methods, administrative processes and operational procedures.

Record, review and analyse workflows, operational records, reports, manuals, position descriptions and other business documentation to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present recommendations to revise business methods and procedures, improve workflows, clarify job functions and address identified organisational problems. Assist with the implementation of approved recommendations, including the preparation and revision of procedures, internal instructions, process documentation and supporting business materials.

Review operating procedures and performance against established processes and standards, identify departures or inefficiencies, and advise management on appropriate corrective or improvement measures. Qualification & experience A relevant bachelor degree or higher qualification in Business, Management, Commerce or a related discipline; or relevant experience consistent with the applicable ANZSCO skill level requirements. Demonstrated experience analysing organisational systems, structures, workflows and business procedures.

Strong ability to identify organisational and operational problems and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations. Experience preparing business reports, process reviews, proposals, procedures and implementation documentation. Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational information and assess business performance.

Ability to consult effectively with senior management, employees and stakeholders across different operational functions. Sound understanding of organisational efficiency, resource utilisation, workflow improvement and continuous business improvement. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to management.
