10am start. 6,000 patients. 5 GP owners, all on the floor. Days run 10am to 4pm, or 10am to 5pm if you want the extra hour. No early mornings, no rotation, no being sent across town to cover someone else's roster. Friday is the priority day, with Monday and Wednesday also open.
Capacity opened after 2 long-standing GPs moved on, so there's an established base of around 6,000 patients to inherit rather than build. New residential development nearby keeps fresh patients coming through.

The practice has been in the same community since 1990 and is owned by 5 GPs who all work in the clinic. Decisions get made by doctors on the floor. That shows in the day to day: high autonomy, a family feel, and patients who've stayed loyal for decades across a mixed and multicultural community.

The offer

• Part time or full time, Friday priority with Monday and Wednesday open
• 3 month guarantee at $180 per hour, moving to percentage as soon as billings exceed it
• 70/30 split
• Mixed billing, roughly 65% bulk and 35% private
• $80 standard private fee, $44 rebate, around a $36 gap
• Concession and pension card holders bulk billed
