About the role

• We’re looking for a Partnerships Lead to help grow Hismile through strategic partnerships, influencer marketing, content creation and brand activations.
• This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. One day you could be leading an influencer campaign, the next developing a brand partnership, attending an event, managing ambassador relationships or creating content for our social channels.
• Working closely with our Marketing and Creative teams, you’ll be instrumental in putting Hismile in front of the right people, in the right places, and continuing to build one of the world’s most recognisable consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage influencer, ambassador and affiliate programs across global markets
• Build and own relationships with creators, talent managers, media, agencies and brand partners
• Plan and execute influencer gifting campaigns that keep creators and partners engaged throughout the year
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with brands, retailers, wellness businesses, events and other aligned organisations
• Lead the planning and execution of product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
• Oversee Hismile’s presence at trade shows, industry events and brand activations
• Drive product sampling initiatives that introduce Hismile to new audiences and build brand awareness
• Research and identify emerging creators, trends, partnership opportunities and cultural moments relevant to the brand
• Create engaging content for social media and paid advertising, including appearing on camera
• Collaborate closely with the Creative, Performance Marketing and Brand teams to bring campaigns to life
• Track and report on campaign performance, maintaining accurate records of partnerships, gifting and influencer activity
• Contribute to broader brand initiatives and day to day marketing projects where needed

About You

• Proven experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, PR, social media or a related field
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident leading relationships with influencers, creators, agencies and external partners at all levels
• Strategic thinker who is proactive and always looking for new opportunities to grow the brand
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content
• Passionate about marketing, social media, beauty, wellness and consumer brands
• Willing to travel for events, campaigns and activations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the Hismile brand at a senior level
• Someone who genuinely understands internet culture, thrives on building relationships and is excited to play a meaningful role in growing a global brand
