Multimedia Designer

About the role

You'll be a creative all-rounder working closely with the core team in South Western Sydney and interacting directly with clients. No two weeks will look exactly the same, with work spanning photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, and in-house content collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and execute photography and video shoots on location across Sydney, capturing dynamic short-form content, interviews, product shots, and brand stories

• Communicate directly with clients to understand their vision, present creative concepts, provide project updates, and ensure their brand goals are met

• Edit polished short-form and long-form videos, animate social media content (Reels/TikToks),

• Design social media assets, marketing collateral, website graphics, and prepare artwork for both digital and print media

• Work on-site at the South Western Sydney location, organise and manage content libraries, assist with creative strategy, and support the team on client deliverables

About you

• Hands-on experience in photography, video production, and lighting setups

• Strong graphic design fundamentals, with an eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling

• Confident speaking directly with clients and translating their feedback into great creative work

• Comfortable working in-house with the team in South Western Sydney as well as travelling for client shoots

• Understanding of current trends across social media platforms and what drives audience engagement

• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing time across multiple client projects

• Essential: Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and Figma
